Still wrapping up those loose ends. Wish I could twist them all a little tighter. I hope this week goes by faster so we can get to Indianapolis. It is just easier to answer a question when you are in the same room as the questioner.

But, what do I really wish could happen? Less stress for the soon to be hubby so he can be home more, or at less conscience when he his home.

I just can't wait for next week, and for the week after, and the drive home, and for our new family to come home to our house again.

I've been really tired at the end of each day. I've started throwing out my crap, organizing, and trying to make this house clean and fresh. I feel like I'm making more of a mess, but I think it will be great in a few days.

And achiote isn't as exciting as I thought it would be. It could be the brand, of the fact that we don't live in the Yucatan... but, you know, I still have have the packet and I will use it... on something. However, I will have to buy another lime.

I just wish I could find some fucking plantains. I love those things! I should really grow some balls and just go to the tienda up the road... This should go on my list of things to do in order to overcome fear of shit ethnic food in Wilkes County. Just don't eat the lo mein, whatever you do.
